Returns & Refund Policy

 

We follow the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


Because every Game Ready Systems PC is custom-built to order, the standard 14-day “change of mind” return right does not apply once we’ve started assembling your system. However, we will always work with customers to resolve any issue fairly and reasonably.


You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • The system or components arrive damaged.

  • The system is not as described or faulty within 30 days of delivery.

 


If a fault occurs within 30 days, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

If a fault occurs after 30 days, we’ll repair or replace under warranty as appropriate.


To start a return or warranty claim, email gamereadysystemsuk@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.


Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear.

 

Warranty Policy

 

All custom PCs from Game Ready Systems include a 12-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.


The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or third-party repairs.

  • Software or operating system issues.

  • Normal wear and tear.

 

If a component fails within warranty, we will either repair, replace, or supply an equivalent part depending on availability. Customers are responsible for safely packaging and returning the PC or affected parts for inspection.
