Terms of Service

 

By placing an order with Game Ready Systems, you agree to the following terms:

 

  1. Orders – All orders are subject to acceptance and component availability.

  2. Pricing – Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

  3. Payment – Full payment must be received before a build begins.

  4. Build Process – Once we start assembling your PC, your order becomes a custom product and cannot be cancelled under the standard consumer cooling-off period.

  5. Ownership – Goods remain the property of Game Ready Systems Ltd until full payment has cleared.

  6. Liability – We are not liable for loss of data, software, or indirect damages resulting from product use.
